Do not use the qt modules; use the new qt4 module instead.

The Qt modules do not work with qore 0.8.0+ due to faulty namespace handling.  Work on this module set stopped when work on the qt4 module started; the qt4 module is based on libsmoke and is more complete and better tested than any version of the old qt modules.
